Dr. Gary J. Most has years of experience and a deep commitment to compassionate care to his patients. Dr. Most has provided foot and ankle care to a large geographic area of Northeast Ohio for more than 20 years as he was previously a partner in private practice at Foot and Ankle Physicians of Geauga. He now brings his passion for patient care to Balance Foot and Ankle.
As a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Most is board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics & Primary Podiatric Medicine. In addition, Dr. Most serves as the Chief of the Podiatry Department at Cleveland Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital.
Following his undergraduate studies at Miami University, Dr. Most went on to earn his DPM from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. He completed his postgraduate training at Kaiser Permanente Podiatric Surgical Residency locally in the Cleveland area. Dr. Most enjoys sharing his expertise with podiatric students and residents as he is actively involved in resident training and delivering lectures on a range of topics including surgical management of diabetic foot infections, foot and ankle reconstruction, pediatric foot deformities, and more. By joining Balance Foot and Ankle, Dr. Most has been able to strengthen the camaraderie he has with his peers by sharing a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Born and raised in Geauga County, Dr. Most now calls Aurora home where he resides with his wife, Marguerite, and his daughters, Madison, Sarah, and Hannah. Outside of work, Dr. Most values spending time with his family, attending church, fishing, and golfing.
