Hayley brings her passion for hospitality and background in management to Balance Foot & Ankle. As Director of Employee Relations & Patient Experience, she oversees daily procedures while guiding the team to create the best patient experience. Her belief in building relationships and community engagement is what attracted her to Balance.

After spending the past seven years living and working in Columbus, Hayley recently moved back to her hometown of Cleveland where she is excited to experience the city’s new growth and soak up the vibrant culture that has been here all along.

Hayley and her husband, Bryce, reside in Lakewood with their new daughter, Margot, and handsome, but not-so-new-cat, Wallace.
