Dr. Kayla Schaefer, DPM, AACFAS is a native to Medina county and enthusiastic about growing her practice and giving back to her hometown and the surrounding communities.
She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed her surgical residency training at Mercy Health Residency Program. During her third year of residency, her exceptional leadership skills were recognized when she was appointed Chief Resident.
She brings her warm, professional approach and advanced surgical training to patient care, and a commitment to excellence in the field of podiatry.
When she’s not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her dog. She also enjoys golfing, reading, and kayaking.
